She has been behind the scenes in the real estate industry since 2012 and with Keller Williams since 2015. Kelly has a passion for supporting and encouraging the agents in the office which makes cutting commission checks one of her favorite daily activities.

As the Team Leader, Kadi is responsible for the oversight of the Market Center, business coaching and consultations. She has been behind the scenes in the real estate industry since 2018. Previous to Real Estate, Kadi worked in leadership in the fitness industry for over 10 years.

As Director of Agent Services, Jeromy is responsible for all new agent on-boarding, office procedures, marketing, and technology support. He also supports the Market Center Administrator with daily activities. Jeromy is always willing to buckle down to find a solution which makes his role of many hats an exciting one.
Melissa Morey
Productivity Coach
Melissa is all about helping agents grow successful businesses. She is responsible for agent training and accountability through daily script practice and weekly coaching sessions. She is passionate about motivating agents to get their first deal under their belt. She then builds from there to get them “capped” and earning 100% commission!
