Todd Haigh is the primary owner of four Keller Williams offices in the state of Minnesota, one of which, is Eden Prairie. Todd launched his first office over 10 years ago learning the Keller Williams belief system and fully embodying the company mission of providing the systems, technology, and environment for agents to create careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.

Bethany has been with Keller Williams since 2010. She's the driving force behind the growth of the office by finding talent in both individuals and high producing teams and coaching them through the systems and models Keller Williams provides for massive growth. She is fueled by iced coffee and her passion to help others exceed their goals.

As the Market Center Administrator, Kelly is responsible for all the operations and financials of the office.  She has been behind the scenes in the real estate industry since 2012 and with Keller Williams since 2015. Kelly has a passion for supporting and encouraging the agents in the office which makes cutting commission checks one of her favorite daily activities.

Compliance Manager

Kami has been with Keller Williams Realty Elite since December 2015. Her drive is to provide above and beyond service to the agents in her Market Center. Kami specializes in Compliance Management, and is the backbone of the legal and ethical integrity at KWRE. She oversees each agent to make sure they are complying with Real Estate rules and regulations.


katie Grabowski

Transaction coordinator

Katie is all about the details. Her organization and task management systems make her a valuable resource to both the Market Center and the associates she works with. Katie manages file-flow for her clients and ensures that all parties are being communicated with.  She is also obtaining compliant files before closing so the associates she serves are getting paid as soon as possible.
