KW Cares was the brainchild of Keller Williams agents who had a dream to reach out and support fellow KW associates facing financial hardship due to major emergencies. Mo Anderson, previous vice chairman of Keller Williams Realty, took this dream and brought it to fruition as a public charity.

Today, KW Cares is supported by associates from across North America. It has truly become the heart of the Keller Williams culture in action, finding and serving the higher purposes of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where KW associates live and work.

red day

RED Day, which stands for RenewEnergize and Donate, is our annual day of service. Each year on the second Thursday of May, we celebrate RED Day as a part of our legacy worth leaving. Making a difference in the lives of others and bettering the communities that we serve lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture. This observance defi nes who we are and is a natural extension of our commitment to the highest level of professional customer service. Over time, a growing number of our family members and friends continue to participate in this extraordinary event. It embodies the generous spirit and commitment associates have to “giving back" to the cities and towns they live and work in.

KW Kids Can

KW Kids Can is an educational nonprofit founded to engage the next generation of entrepreneurs and world leaders in conversations that matter. Our learning program teaches young adults how to gain their edge in an increasingly competitive world. Students walk away with concrete tools that help them identify their purpose and achieve their goals.

Steve schmitz

Steve Schmitz has been involved in the start-up, acquisition, and revamp of business ranging from manufacturing, technology, private schools, and real estate for over 30 years. He has been instrumental in the launch and management of The Carrie Schmitz Team, his wife’s mega successful Keller Williams team started in 2005. Steve’s engineering and process improvement background continues to drive the decisions he makes for his many business ventures and the help he constantly provides KW agents to be successful.

As the Market Center Administrator, Kelly is responsible for all the operations and financials of the office.  She has been behind the scenes in the real estate industry since 2012 and with Keller Williams since 2015. Kelly has a passion for supporting and encouraging the agents in the office which makes cutting commission checks one of her favorite daily activities.

Kami has been with Keller Williams Realty Elite since December 2015. Her drive is to provide above and beyond service to the agents in her Market Center. Kami ensures the transition of agents whether it is a career change or switching brokerages is smooth and efficient. Kami also specializes in Compliance Management, and is the backbone of the legal and ethical integrity at KWRE. She oversees each agent to make sure they are complying with Real Estate rules and regulations.

Transaction coordinator

Katie is all about the details. Her organization and task management systems make her a valuable resource to both the Market Center and the associates she works with. Katie manages file-flow for her clients and ensures that all parties are being communicated with.  She is also obtaining compliant files before closing so the associates she serves are getting paid as soon as possible.

director of first impressions

Victoria Sadek’s primary responsibility as Director of First Impressions is to provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for agents, prospective buyers/sellers, vendors, and anyone else who enters the Market Center, whether by phone, email, or in person. She also assists with helping agents acclimate to the Keller Williams’ systems, tools, and technology as well as contributing to event planning and retention systems for agents, ordering/maintaining supplies, answering and routing phone calls, preserving the aesthetic integrity of the Market Center.

Todd Haigh has successfully launched four Keller Williams offices in the state of Minnesota, one of which, is Eden Prairie. Todd launched his first office over 10 years ago learning the Keller Williams belief system and fully embodying the company mission of providing the systems, technology, and environment for agents to create careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.
