about keller williams realty elite
Founded by Todd Haigh in 2015, Keller Williams Realty Elite was built on one premise; how high we go as a company will be determined by how high we lift our people. As the fastest growing brokerage in the southwest metro, you can understand why more agents across the Twin Cities have chosen to call Keller Williams Realty Elite home.
Our unique culture creates a sense of family and community that is rare and unique in the real estate industry. When you're here, you're family.

KW Cares was the brainchild of Keller Williams agents who had a dream to reach out and support fellow KW associates facing financial hardship due to major emergencies. Mo Anderson, previous vice chairman of Keller Williams Realty, took this dream and brought it to fruition as a public charity.
Today, KW Cares is supported by associates from across North America. It has truly become the heart of the Keller Williams culture in action, finding and serving the higher purposes of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where KW associates live and work.
RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, is our annual day of service. Each year on the second Thursday of May, we celebrate RED Day as a part of our legacy worth leaving. Making a difference in the lives of others and bettering the communities that we serve lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture. This observance defi nes who we are and is a natural extension of our commitment to the highest level of professional customer service. Over time, a growing number of our family members and friends continue to participate in this extraordinary event. It embodies the generous spirit and commitment associates have to “giving back" to the cities and towns they live and work in.
